Your appointment is reserved specially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time of your service are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 75%. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Frequent Cancellation/No Show
We strive to provide exceptional care and service to all of our clientele. Therefore, it is vital that our clients that pre-book their appointments try their best to keep their scheduled appointment. In the event of consistent cancellations and no shows on your end, any future appointments will need to be booked the day of and require a prepayment in full at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee our products, we recommend a consultation with one of our estheticians before the purchase of any products. Any product(s) purchased that caused a reaction under the recommendation of Aesthetica Skin Care’s estheticians can be returned within 30 days of your purchase in exchange for a store credit. While we regret, we do not offer any full monetary refunds.

You will receive an SMS 5 days prior to your appointment asking you to confirm your scheduled appointment and a friendly reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
